This is slightly awkward. I know I haven't been answering roughly anything this last week, but it's for a good reason.
My mother broke her leg on Friday, the fifth. It was a pretty serious break but, in the process, she somehow found the strength to finally tell her emotionally and verbally abusive husband to get out. Since then, we've been through a lot. Threats, police, hospital stays, you name it. I've been staying with her close to 24/7 and RP has been the last thing on my mind.
Now, we're seeing a brighter future around the corner. I'll be around soon, when she's finally safe and secure in her physical rehab facility on her way to coming home, to a nice, now-safe environment. All is going to be well. In fact, all is going to be awesome.
